SMS privacy disclosures

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, is not shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Full stop. No mobile opt-in data is sold, rented, traded, transferred, or disclosed for advertising, lead generation, or affiliate marketing.
How opt-in works
SMS recipients are added only through manual administrator configuration. There is no public website signup form for SMS alerts on this site. At present, SMS notifications are intended for the site owner’s own number. If additional recipients are added in the future, their number will be entered manually only after direct consent is obtained.
Opt-out
Recipients may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. Recipients may request assistance by replying HELP or by contacting compliance@witless.org.
Cookies and analytics
This site is not intended to use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party marketing analytics. Basic hosting or access logs may still be created automatically as part of normal web hosting operations.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, troubleshooting, compliance, or legal purposes.
